1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a 958ph account, accessing the 958ph website, or using any service offered by 958ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 958ph platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any portion of the 958ph website or mobile platform. Your continued use of 958ph following any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 958ph account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 958ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 958ph account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. 958ph is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 958ph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your 958ph account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 958ph support immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

958ph may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

958ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 958ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in your 958ph account dashboard at the time of withdrawal. 958ph reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are generally credited to your 958ph account within minutes of confirmation. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification status and applicable security checks.

4.4 Fees

958ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 958ph bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

958ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered 958ph players only, subject to the specific promotion's eligibility criteria.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• All game outcomes on 958ph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer procedures, as applicable. 958ph does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 958ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.

958ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 958ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by 958ph

958ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, 958ph may forfeit any remaining balance in your account.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your 958ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements may have bonus funds removed upon closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the 958ph platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 958ph, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, 958ph's records of game activity shall be the primary source of evidence. In the event of a discrepancy between your records and 958ph's server records, 958ph's server records shall prevail, unless demonstrably erroneous.

14. Amendments to These Terms

958ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the 958ph platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 958ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the 958ph platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
